Situated at a 5 minutes walk steep uphill from Plaza España and the bus terminal, in a quiet little side street of the old town. A little groceries is at 100 mts distance.

The two storey residential building (approx. 120 m2), completely rebuilt and made to fit the canarian architecture, has one double and one single bedroom, shower/WC, guests WC, large kitchen with dining room and sitting room with sofa bed, large terrace on the top floor, partly roofed patio, TV with SAT reception, free Wi-Fi, rental safe and washing machine, sea view from the sitting room, one of the bedrooms and the terrace on the upper floor.

The price includes final and weekly cleaning with change of linen and towels. Every guest has his own key. Minimum stay 5 nights.
