La Fuente with its holiday apartments is situated in the very centre of the little capital Santa Cruz de La Palma (population 18.000), in the protected old town, at 50 mts distance from the seaside promenade and the beach, in the cobblestoned former Kings Street (pedestrian area), off the main traffic and still central. Shops, the restaurants and street cafés are all nearby. You are right in the midst of Spanish everyday life. Having a closer look at the antique bourgeois mansions you get a feeling for the former wealth of the town. In the 16th century it was one of most important ports of the whole Spanish colonial empire. An antique saloon with a Canarian wooden ceiling and parquet flooring has been turned into this studio.

This large room of 55 m2 holds the sleeping area with an extra wide double bed, the sitting corner and the fully equipped kitchenette with a dining bar. The bathroom with shower and toilet was built as a separate unit. An antique Canarian balcony as well as the windows with their recesses, arranged as sitting benches, overlook the little square in front of La Fuente with its fountain, and between the neighbouring buildings you can see the seafront. The studio is equipped with flat screen SAT-TV with radio, free Wi-Fi and rental safe.

The price includes cleaning service on working days and the final cleaning. Towels are being changed twice, linen once per week.
